2. Products

I sell digital products, mainly ebook PDFs delivered electronically.
Product descriptions are provided on the product page; please read them carefully before purchasing.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in USD and include/exclude taxes as stated on the website.
I may change prices at any time, but the price shown at checkout when you place your order is the price that applies to that order.
Payments are processed securely via PayPal. You must be authorized to use the chosen payment method and provide accurate payment details.

4. Order Process and Contract

Your order is placed when you complete the checkout process and confirm payment.
You will receive an order confirmation by email after payment is successfully processed.
A binding contract is formed between you and me when your payment has been accepted and confirmed.
I may cancel an order in cases such as obvious pricing errors or suspected fraud; in such cases, any payment received will be refunded.

5. Delivery of Digital Products

All products are digital only; no physical items are shipped.
After your payment is confirmed, you will receive your ebook PDF via download link and/or email.
Please ensure you provide a correct email address and that you save or back up your download.

6. 14‑Day Right of Withdrawal / Money‑Back Guarantee

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a 14‑day right of withdrawal (money‑back guarantee) for your purchase of digital content from this website.

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day of purchase, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must clearly inform me of your decision to withdraw before the 14‑day period expires. You can do this by email to: juliana.zetici@gmail.com
You can simply state that you wish to withdraw from your purchase and include your name, email address and order details.

If you withdraw within 14 days:

• I will refund the full amount you paid for the product, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we both agree otherwise.

• The refund will be processed without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day I receive your withdrawal request.

By exercising your withdrawal right / 14‑day guarantee, your access to the digital product may be revoked (for example, download links may be disabled) and you must delete any copies you have made for personal use.

Your statutory rights in case of defective products (e.g., files that cannot be opened) remain unaffected and may give you additional remedies even after the 14‑day period.

7. License and Intellectual Property

All digital products, including ebook PDFs, are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Juliana Zetici.
When you purchase a product, you receive a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use it for your own personal, non‑commercial use only.
You may not share, distribute, resell, upload, or otherwise make the content publicly available without my prior written permission.

8. Technical Requirements and Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that your device and software can open and read PDF files (or other formats specified on the product page).
You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or violating any applicable laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website or the digital products.
My total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that specific product.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable law (for example, in cases of fraud or certain consumer rights).
